Sundays are for church and #ootds. That’s what I always say, so I’ll be posting #ootds every other Sunday. And here’s my first!
Jeni’s Spendid Ice Creams is so good, and if you think it’s overrated, BYE. Just Kidding. Don’t leave. Keep reading this.
I’m living in Atlanta while I intern for the month, so I decided to shoot in the Westside Provisions District, which is a five minute drive from my place. Such a great place to eat, shop, or just walk around (and take pictures). It was a perfectly hot day to stop by Jeni’s for some ice cream, so I got a scoop of Intelligentsia Black Cat Espresso and Brambleberry Crisp. So yummy! And obviously it was cute to take pics with LOL.
Wide leg pants are in, and they’re so good for the summer because they’re breezy and not restricting. I had been looking around for a good pair everywhere, but I couldn’t find any that fit me perfectly until last week. I found these wide leg crops at Madewell on SALE (in all caps because that’s one of my favorite words). What’s great is that they’re cropped, so they’re even cooler.
As for my top – If you read my last blog post, you know how much I love simple and timeless pieces, and that’s why I got my hands on this sleeveless button up shirt from Helmut Lang.
My purse is a cross body from Tory Burch with a removable strap, so I just carried it as a clutch to prevent wrinkles on my shirt.
The shoes are from Target that I got for no more than $20. Not the highest quality, but still not bad, Target, not bad.
My bracelet is from Banana Republic, something you guys probably saw in my last post in a different color. Sometimes when you really like something, you gotta buy two in different colors! I love dainty jewelry that really makes you pay attention to the details of an outfit and makes you appreciate the small things, so I wore this necklace by Swarovski, from My Dad. Thanks Dad.
It is summer, but wearing pants in the Hotlanta heat isn’t impossible. All you need is some Jeni’s ice cream, wide leg pants, and a sleeveless shirt! EZ AND BREEZY.
Thanks for doing life with moi!
